Graduates get to keep their email address.  We use Google for most students.  If a student leaves their account are 
terminated after 45 days.  All students are treated the same.  Fince all you want, and more at

I was looking for some insight into how other Colleges/Universities manage student accounts after graduation. Also, is 
the process the same for UG and Graduate?

this area.
