HI Krystal,

We transition all graduating students from an @students.olin.edu email address to an @alumni.olin.edu address which is 
a forwarding address only.  We also keep their accounts open but restrict their access to a limited number of web based 
services.

I was looking for some insight into how other Colleges/Universities manage student accounts after graduation. Also, is 
the process the same for UG and Graduate?

I really appreciate everyone's feedback (positive or negative) in this area as we are attempting a major overhaul in 
this area.
