Nope; we do not attempt to block P2P. Instead we focus our efforts on education and awareness. We have some ~12,000
living on campus in Bloomington and ~115,000 students/faculty/staff system-wide.

Subject: [SECURITY] Do you block P2P ?

How many of you block P2P on your campus? If you do block it, how many
complaints do you receive because of it?

Thanks,
Mike
