Heh.  Yeah, I do not make the call to or not to block.  I am just wondering if the administration
does choose to block, how do you guys go about doing it?  I know of a few options but I just wanted
to get some feedback from others.

I am just wondering about technique, not about reasons why you should or shouldn't block.
