Re: Firefox as default browser in labs

I don't believe such an option exists in outlook.  You may be confusing
the option specifing the type  for composition of new messages with
reading messages?

The HTML rendering engine that IE uses is the same one used by the help
function and the HTML version of explorer.

When an HTML email shows up in outlook, the MS supplied HTML engine (the
same one IE uses) is invoked to process the HTML.

While it is probably the case that non-MS browsers use their own HTML
engines, it's highly unlikely that MS products use something other then
the internal MS supplied HTML rendering engine.  This means that both
environments have to remain patched.
