Is there any
possibility of those things being from Microsoft and not from All Advantage?

In my OSR2 I only find advpack.dll, with this properties:

Idioma: Español (España - Alfabetización internacional)
Nombre de la compañía: Microsoft Corporation
Nombre del producto: Microsoft® Plus! para Windows® 95
Nombre interno: ADVPACK
Nombre original del archivo: ADVPACK.DLL
Versión del producto: 4.70.1153

Really weird, since I have a really clean installation of windows and I
never used any kind of ad software

Me too. For me, that file is definitely from m$.
