Not true in all cases...you should do more research before posting. I
recommend you visit these pages and pick 10 apps at random...go read the
agreements and you'll see what I mean. Although a great many of them have
changed their ways and started disclosing the info, many have not. To the
best of my knowledge...Cute FTP is the only one that was honest all along.
Either way, the information provided is obscure at best...especially to
the average user.
