Hey Everyone,

I am considering adding an "about me" page to a web site I am building,
some what like an online resume type setup, however being mindful of my
personal data being leaked out to "bob" I am considering the good and
the bad along with what to actually put on the page.

Any suggestions on material to have on the page?

Any suggestions on material not to have on the page?

I had considered offering PDF, Word Doc, and text resumes for downloads
but decided against that sine my resume contains things such as my
address and phone number, and since I know how "bob" works I would be
getting prank calls at 3am to say the least :-)

I also considered my military information, however this too concerned me
with "bob" lurking around.

I figure a simple button or link that says request email, then I can
email the resume allowing me to choose who gets it. ?This seem like a
good idea or over kill?

What have others in the InfoSec field done?

Just out of interest, how much of this have you already posted to
LinkedIn and other social media sites?

Depending on how bad someone wants your information then not putting
your full resume out there could only be delaying the inevitable.

Robin
