Then again in other areas, if you are in the "public eye", that is to say,
out in public, you can be filmed at will.  As long as it is not distributed
as a "commerical production" and even then, if the person complaining was
not the main focus of the event, they have no case.

Reality is, this is just outright insane.  The only person that is being
seen if a HP/N if designed correctly should be the suspected intruder.  It
comes down to lack of education and the fear of technology.  If those that
passed the law, or those that try to uphold it had an understanding of the
technology, I'm sure they would do everythign they could to distrance
themselves from this insanity . . .

I find it interesting that the US gov wants people to help them, but yet,
they are at the same time, trying to tie everyone's hands . . .
