Maybe it's the best one going in the USA, but it's not as good as the

Actually, France, Germany, Italy etc are their own countries. What, you 
thought Holland wasn't a country?

each state has a Constitution and a Supreme Court. There's a reason
prostitution is legal in Nevada and not everywhere else. There's a
reason poker has been legal in California so long.

Wait, wait. You mean there's parts of America where people aren't allowed 
to play poker with their friends?
