If they scanned for attachments, and not just in the message body, things 
would be just fine.  The biggest message though, is that filtering is NOT 
fire and forget, someone *has* to _constantly_ review what's getting 
filtered.  People are implementing it as a filter and forget solution, and 
that's a very bad thing.
