Requirements need to be authorized, and seems ICS2 has not been doing a
good job of doing so.  On a few other lists some of us have discussed this
issue quie abit lately and this broked process for the CISSP cert recs..

If they are not going to do a background check on the requirement of three
years service in the info-sec field, then they need to just drop it
perhaps eh?  As it stands it seems to be a ghost requirement...
