I recently helped to put together a threat analysis
paper for firewalls and other perimeter defense systems .

Although, perhaps too late for wide usage for
the Y2K rollover period, it may be useful for
other firewall teams beyond the Y2K crossover. 
The feedback that I got to date was that it was 
seen as a useful tool for helping others 
understand firewall team procedures.
