Why waste time on jamming technology when the "eavesdropping" problem is
solved by requiring encryption using tools like SSH, SSL, PGP, etc.

You make it a requirement for any wireless PC. Give the users the tools (we do
that here with SSH), have your www servers speak in https only, have a way to
trace mac addresses and you're on your way.
