Also another way to do it is boot to safe mode with another administrator
account and it will allow you to change the admin password within the
control panel. Or find the password recovery disk that's out there and run
it to reset the password.

You can use one of the password-whackers for Windows machines to erase or
set a new password for the admin account.  You boot to a linux floppy and
change it from there.  The one I like use can be found at:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

It works for NT, W2k, and XP but there's a warning about users who are using
EFS.

Other than use the WinXP installation disc, is there another way to
re-capture Admin privileges on a machine that was previously given a
