Yes, there is a disc that you can boot the machine to.  It has a small
version of winxp on it.  This disk will allow you to change the password of
any account on the machine.  It will also allow you to make many other
changes.  I think that winternals makes it.

Other than use the WinXP installation disc, is there another way to
