You can use one of the password-whackers for Windows machines to erase or
set a new password for the admin account.  You boot to a linux floppy and
change it from there.  The one I like use can be found at:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

It works for NT, W2k, and XP but there's a warning about users who are using
EFS.
