In my department, we use KeePass and it works well.  I personally use 1Password, and they have 1Password for teams now.

I'm personally using LastPass for my own passwords and I'm having great success with it, however, I haven't tried to 
use it for a small team.

cons, especially for small teams. How does your institution manage the myriad of passwords that IT has too keep up with?
