I would searching on google for "Hardening OpenBSD", as for the SMS,
if your carrier supports it, 
and your phone has an email address, usually in the form
phonenum () carrier com, the it's real easy, 
securityfocus.com has something like this setup for their securing
linux articles, available at

http://online.securityfocus.com/infocus/1420

The file integrity section is set to email a pager when there is any
anomalies.
You would just write your own script to check your defined
conditions, and if something is not as
expected, mail you phone.

I have seen that before, but the guy who did it wrote his own
software and you have to get and extra mobile phone that is connected
to the PC through that data cable!

     I am new to OpenBSD and other Unices. I have some Linux
experience. I 

can install the operating system, install software, delete software, 

add/rm users, etc. How can I strengthen OpenBSD's good security even
more? 

I would like it as tight as possible. I will probably be the only
user on 

the system. I can see myself SSH'ing in and maybe running Apache. Is
there 

software out there that could allow SMS messages to my cell phone to
let 

me know my OpenBSD box at my house is OK and not compromi
sed, or is my 

crown on my head put on too tightly?
