Hi All,

I just saw ICQ put a very minor update to the site.
Maybe that's what happening (auto-upgrades).

I have ICQ 2000b build 3278 and "thought" it was the newest one.
But *now* the newest download version is 3279.
A very very very minor update so it seems.

I am not planning to upgrade to 3279 myself in a short time, I first let
other people debug it.
