Which network appliance are you talking about? If you are talking about
the NetPliance one which has recently been popular due to the fact that
you -could- make a decent slim terminal out of it... To the best of my
knowledge there are no vulnerabilities that would lead to the death and
destruction of your NetPliance. I believe it runs a version of embedded
Linux?
