I also wanted to mention that while its not been discussed for obvious
reasons the Aspire One that I have is currently running Windows 7.  My son
needed a laptop that I wouldn't care if it got stolen or lost so I put
Windows 7 on it for kicks.  It has an Atom N270 CPU dual core 1.60 ghz and
2 GB RAM.  Windows 7 doesn't have any issues.  Just food for thought if you
ever have to dual boot or reuse it for something else.
