I've run a Nessus patch audit on a Red Hat Enterprise 5.2 server and it tells me there 161 missing patches. This

Hi

Almost not possible. You can host an in house satellite server[0] (or
the open source project Spacewalk, based on RHN Satellite[1] or normal
yum repository if later than RHEL4). There is also a way to copy all
RPMs from repository to your machine and then do the update. But it is
really a mess.
