The law says .08 is "drunk".

The only way a cop has to know of most drunk drivers is to pull them
over for something else. By then they've committed a crime of some
sort (I won't go into DUI check points as I find them extremely
offensive to liberty and justice, as are NARC check points and
prostitution stings). Could be reckless driving (crossing the center
line, weaving, speeding, etc.), could be manslaughter. Whichever,
that's when a crime has been committed.

What?

You're now condoning such clearly corrupt and rights-limiting laws as
ones that state which side of the road I should drive on, what speed I
should drive at, how straight I should steer my vehicle?

And I thought you were _for_ individuals' rights!

Ethical absolutists like Brian are so funny because of how warped they
have to get to maintain their absolutism in the bazillions of trivial
cases where it necessarily must break...

Get a brain Brian or go away.
