Actually, if you look at the security news lists, you will see enormous numbers of 
prosecutions for child pornography these days.  Therefore, the agents who pursue 
these criminals have to use extensive data mining tools in order to find the 
activities on a timely basis.

Therefore, he is still guilty of contributing to the deliquency of a miner.
