"breaking up root" in kernel is useless if you keep running utilities and daemons suid root..
Running utilities and daemons suid root is useless - or, at least, pretty meaningless - if root is broken up to the point where it no longer has any/arbitrary privileges. ;-/ -- Joe Yao jsdy () cospo osis gov - Joseph S.
