As a long time reader -- and occasional partcipant -- I expected to get some
suggestions.

I was very pleased with the breadth of content your responses contained,
from references to
products, to alternative mail routing schemes, to analyses of how to defeat
a screening scheme.

The experience and creativity of this list's members continues to impress me.
