You outsourced it. Period.  "right-sourced" has *zero* semantic meaning, since
it apparently means "choosing the best in/out/open/closed source".  But
think about it for a moment - does *anybody* ever intentionally choose the
*wrong* one, based on the criteria on the table at the time?
