Todd -

we have a portal for parents. Students select what they want their
parents to be able to access and provide them their own login
information. Warning: I have no clue what the success rate is nor do I
know how well our students or help desk staff like the portal. I was
privy to details during early planning but my involvement ended when I
transitioned to networking.

As to credentials, we can only reset passwords. They can not be retrieved.
