Adam, We use Novell's VO (Virtual Office) and universal password. It even puts a "forgot your password" link right on the Novell login splash screen. You log into the web interface portal for VO to reset your password. VO is included in NW 6.5 for free. Rob Whalen rwhalen () stmarys-ca edu
