We have been seeing this in the commercial sector as well.  :(

We have a shipping/moving company that cannot receive mail from
army.mil.


Just a little question but selective blocking of IP space by an ISP or
network provider and in this case the Army. How will (if it will) this be
effected by legislated "net neutrality"? Selective rejection of packets
based on origination would seem to violate the spirit of the proposed law.
Of course they're talking about back bone carriers and ISP's especially
those who traffic shape in the net neutrality legislation. It just seems
like the final legislative impacts may have unexpected consequences since
the Army and most Universities are also ISP's and backbone providers.
