I agree with the fact that you shouldn't need to hide any packets from your admins since you are using a corporate 
network.

However if you still feel the need to hide traffic, run a ssh server at home along with a proxy. Use putty to connect 
to it, and ask putty to tunnel a local port to localhost:portofproxy

Then tunnel all traffic through that traffic and it will be ssh encrypted.
