A simple ISC dhcpd would do, just deny unknown clients in the main network,
while allowing unknown clients in another subnet (the firewalled guest
network?).

If your concern is MetaIP allows Dynamic DNS registration, so does dhcpd by
ISC in combination with BIND-9.2.5 an further on.
