CCSP is Cisco Certified Security Processional from Cisco
CISSP is Certified Information Systems Security Professional from isc2 

You must be thinging of the old CQS Cisco Qualified Specialist.  Which is now [VPN, Firewall,IDS] Specializations and 
CCSP if you get all 3 of those
