A bit of an off topic question; what listserv software do you all use?  Is it easy for people to join, unsub and 
manage? As always, if it is easy for the user, it's a bit more complicated for us on the tech end. We are considering 
using a listserv to replace the multitude of email distribution lists. 

Also, was it free? (Now a days, that is a major concern in this economy!)
