You've got a point.  TFTP can be called nasty for being slow,
unencrypted, unauthenticated, and in it's classic form, unable
to transfer a file of more than 16MB.  Not to offend the gods of
the Internet (Al Gore and Bill Gates) but I would whistle dixey
(whatever that sounds like) if TFTP disappeared from my life.
