At one time or another ProtoX (ISS) has a beta war dialer available, but I
cannot find a valid URL for it.

The pricing structure of PhoneSweep is not well defined, and the dongle for
the parallel port is something of a throwback to the old copyright
protection architectures.  The reports needs fine tuning, to eliminate
blank lines,etc.
