There are much more cost effective attacks on most installations, and if there aren't, all bets are off. I hear there is a video floating around based upon a BBC report and demonstration of the technology that was shot in the 80's/early 90's. If you are really concerned about it, contact your local Foreign Affairs Dept, or Intelligence Agency, and ask about requirements for facility clearances.
