There is dans guardian as well

Ive never been that impressed with smoothwall, especially the free  
version.  Pfsense supported everything commercial smoothwall did the  
last i checked(its been a couple years)

For me pfsense was everything i liked about monowall, but with a few  
more features i really wanted like openvpn support
