Ok, great. So here is the updated script. Perhaps during the meeting
we could discuss Jacob's proposal regarding RIPE data including BGP
related information (if there is any) since I will have explored the
bgpmon-info script and the BGP protocol.

I think it's because of the difference between GMT and UTC, and my
clock was badly synchronized. Btw, anyone could run into this kind of
problem when using the script. Makes me think I should get the time
from a NTP server and not locally. We're already using a public web
service in this script so we can assume the user has Internet
connectivity. What do you think about that?

I think we can assume that the user has their time and timezone set
correctly on their own machine.  If not, it is OK if the script prints
wrong time-related results, just like the rest of Nmap (and their
other software) will.  If the user cares about this, hopefully they
will set their system time properly (or run NTP themselves).
