On second thought, how about merging this into "proxy server"? Is that
justifiable? I'm not totally sure I know what these devices do, and of
course there are variations, but I think of them as proxies that also do
encryption and authentication.

I think that would be OK. In version detection I probably would have
called them security-misc. And I haven't been using proxy server
or web server in VD either so we might need to go back and normalise
those there.

Some of the ones in VD that aren't found in OD like "x-ray machine"
and such I think we should just move to specialized.
