As long as nmap could still load dynamic modules this is fine with me.
I am not using static nmap builds so I don't mind, but as the RPMs use
~ a static build people using RPMs might think differently.

Patrick Donnelly converted bit into a static module. There are no
dynamic modules that are part of NSE any more. The nselib-bin directory
is still there and any modules you put in it wil still get built, but
not installed (part of the main makefile is commented out).

Normally I would say get rid of the nselib-bin directory but Sven said
it makes his work significantly easier. It's a shame dynamic modules
have to go just because they don't work with static builds, because they
work fine otherwise.
