One thing we do to reduce opportunistically hazardous vectors is to not learn customer paths via peers.so I can't be a customer of you and a network you peer with? (I'm sure I got your meaning wrong)
sure you can. just don't expect packets from job's cone when your link to him is down. didn't we go through all these lessons a couple of decades ago?
