My two cents..

BGP beats OSPF in the reliability stakes easily in my experience. I'd put as little as possible (loopbacks/internal links only) into OSPF. Two (or more)
BGP route reflectors deployed to reflect the physical topology/area structure
is explicitly redundant in a way that OSPF isn't.
