Hopping mad .. Apple/ATT blows it again and again and again and again and etc

I have banged on the Apple site . Once I got through ATT and was in a scene that says apple was preaparing my 
information when I got an error message // try again/ This is NUTS. I went to the Apple store (they are a block away) 
and they said the equivalent of tough luck.

What the hell is wrong with these clowns. cant they keep a web site running under load.

Hours shot to hell/

Same experience here. It's interesting that Apple still relies heavily on Web Objects to drive their e-commerce 
properties. Garbage.
