Now I'm getting an error message that says "Please contact Premier Support at xxxxxxx" Their answer message is "Due
to unusually high call volume, we're unable to answer your call at this time, please try your call another time"

I have banged on the Apple site . Once I got through ATT and was in a scene that says apple was preaparing my
information when I got an error message // try again/ This is NUTS. I went to the Apple store (they are a block
away) and they said the equivalent of tough luck.

What the hell is wrong with these clowns. cant they keep a web site running under load.

Hours shot to hell/

Same experience here. It's interesting that Apple still relies heavily on Web Objects to drive their e-commerce
properties. Garbage.

I have had a endless sequence of session timeouts (a lie) error messages frustration. That is just stupid. When the
hell is Apple and ATT going to start performing like a real company

The telephone number provided on the website is of no help either. "Due to extremely high call volumes, we cannot
answer your call at this time."

I woke up early and decided to reserve a iphone 4 and give my 3gs to my son. First I got to the point of it
checking ATT
where it spun for 1/2 hr then said it timed out.

I then retried and all the Apple site did was say "oops" error

Come on you guys. This is not the first time
