Our terms of service are very specific. Users mayy not resell or
barter our services, are not allowed to subvert our firewall,
and may not set up servers on links where they are not authorized.

Perhaps the judiciary in Laramie doesn't use Skype, but at some
point, the case will end up in
a big city, then you're toast.   Before that point is reached, Skype
will be on my side, spendingcash in "f*ck you" quantities on lawyers.

Skype will have a hard time justifying setting up unauthorized
servers on our network. Especially without paying us.

Note that this is not the same as trying to charge Google for serving
our customers. Google isn't trying to set up clandestine servers within
our network without paying to do so. Skype is.
