What jurisdiction does the school district have to "discipline the child for inappropriate behavior at home"? Has it got to the point that the state is that invasive? Yet another reason to avoid US public edukashun. Why don't the schools worry more about graduating kids that are functionally literate, to include financially and computer literate, and less about invading every facet of people's lives?
