Odd though, since I think the banning of "ugly" knives will have no effect when everyone still has access to the much more commonly used kitchen knife - while you have the "wacky idea" that only "ugly" knives need to be banned since the intent of those inanimate objects is to stick people. Also surpising that all of those ugly knives I'm around haven't hopped up and stuck me! Nevermind all those firearms...
Well, I'm not the expert on UK weapon laws that you seem to be, but my understanding is that we have two lots of laws regarding knives. One lot isn't actually knife law, it's a general-purpose law against sticking implements into other people. The other one is a carry law - you can't swagger down the street waving a lethal weapon, although you can, of course, carry home a knife that you just bought for your kitchen. You liberals just make your own facts, don't you?
The scary thing is, I'm staring directly at a 1911A1 and it is staring directly back at me AS I TYPE... I hope it doesn't decide to pull its own trigger!!
Me too, I'm looking at a 2911A1, and I'm hoping that Intel don't decide to stop making them. We all have our crosses to bear. If you have a loaded gun pointing at yourself, then you're violating all the rules of gun safety that I thought you liberals were so keen on. _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list.
