The Lebanese government is a coalition of parties, one of which is 
Hezbollah, and that's why the Minister of Energy and Water is a Hezbollah 
member (and that's why I mentioned it).

There weren't so much inept, as powerless. And it was just another 
powerless peacekeeping force in a long line of them, in various places.

Yes, it's the policy. Nevertheless, it's what we do. There's a difference 
between what politicians say, and what they do.
